Any reproduction or misrepresentation of an original Gayle Winde design is strictly prohibited. All intellectual design copyrights are protected by law on local, federal, and international levels, with violations subject to legal action.  All of our products from straps to amp covers and accessories come with our quality guarantee.  We work with our customers on a very personal level making sure to communicate with them concerning every detail of their order. Our goal at Gayle Winde is to provide superb products and great customer service!

Once an ordered item is designed and completed, whether it be from our on-line store or a specific custom order, it is quality inspected and shipped  to you USPS/Priority/Insured. If for any reason your item becomes damaged in shipping we will replace/or repair the item based on the extent of damage. Please see our "Shipping Page" for detailed information on how to return a damaged product. 

We believe in supporting our environment and preserving endangered species.  We also believe in the importance of  small business and we practice business networking.
